Amazing Trip to Indochina

When my wife and I first decided to visit Indochina I initially turned to TripAdvisor and luckily found Indochina Voyages. The reviews were top notch and I decided to investigate further. Our initial inquiry was answered promptly and professionally and we quickly decided this was the tour company we were going to book through. We are fairly conservative travelers and had initial hesitation but Indochina Voyages provided us with a level of comfort and care that exceeded our expectations.
We were afforded two travel consultants, first Huyen Nguyen and midway through the trip planning process Daniel Nguyen took over from Huyen. Both exhibited professionalism, courtesy, thoughtfulness, and promptness in answering all my questions, of which I had many.
We chose the 15 day Vietnam and Cambodia Discovery tour and some changes were made to suit our preferences.
While in Hanoi we had the opportunity to meet Daniel for lunch and after lunch Daniel took us for “egg coffee” at the famous Giang Cafe. A must-try when you are in Hanoi.
Daniel is a great young man and was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. No question was too small and he answered all emails promptly. I sometimes thought he never slept.
The tour that was put together was flawless. The accommodations were excellent (we chose the Deluxe hotel category), the Vietnamese food was excellent and plentiful, the drivers and guides were always on time, very professional, and knowledgeable and best of all the total private tour package provided was a very reasonable price for what you received.
In summary, if you want a worry-free vacation to Indochina go through Indochina Voyages. They deliver what they say they will and you will not be disappointed.
