Indochina Voyages – Excellent Experience (Ask for Vanessa)

I can’t recommend Vanessa Luong (Ms.) from Indochina Voyages highly enough!

Vanessa planned my Vietnam trip to perfection—every detail was tailored exactly to my preferences, even though my itinerary didn’t fit a standard tour. I gave her a list of everything I wanted to see and do, and not only did she make it all happen, she suggested even more amazing experiences I hadn’t thought of.

She seamlessly arranged travel by plane, boat, train, and car across multiple destinations, and even coordinated meetups with friends in different cities. Vanessa found the perfect spot to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Hanoi and organized an unforgettable birthday celebration for me on Ha Long Bay.

When I arrived in Hanoi a few days early, she met me in person and took me to two great local spots—The Notes Café and Bun Cha Ta, a Michelin-rated Bun Cha restaurant. Knowing I wanted to visit Hữu Tiệp Lake (B52 Lake) and the B52 Victory Museum (two items I omitted from my list), she made sure I got to see both before the tour officially started.

Even when a sudden trip to the ER happened, she immediately adjusted my plans so the impact was minimal.

The tour guides she arranged were fantastic. Each of the three regions I visited had its own guide and driver, and every single one was exceptionally knowledgeable. They shared fascinating history, gave great shopping tips, and recommended the best local places to eat (and what to order).
