28 day private tour

I dealt with Huyen for months planning this holiday for more than a year in advance. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She organized flights, private cars, all transport, cruises, pickups from airports and cruises. They also organized hotels but were not at all perturbed when I requested that I book my own hotels. I had things in my mind that we needed to do/see and she incorporated EVERYTHING I asked for and more. We were looked after the whole way by Daniel who took over from her as she was having some maternity leave. He was also so good to us when I/we were sick he was able to rearrange and even get a refund from one tour which we just so appreciated it. We met him in person at our hotel in Hanoi and I was just struck at how much effort they put into their clients. Our tour guides were also just fantastic and a shout out to the drivers, they do not speak much English but do such a good job. Our tour guide who was with us from Danang to Dong Hoi train station (4 full days) was our absolute favorite, please pass on how good he was to him!!!! Overall we can’t believe how much we fit into our tour of Vietnam and we really feel we got to know the place rather well.
