Best Tour Service!

Excellent excellent and excellent service from the team! A big kudos to Minh (agent from Indochina), who arranged our tour for our group of 20 pax. Each of us had different visa needs and Minh moved mountains to secure the visas in time. We had no hiccups at all during the trip.

The hotel they provided as part of our package was 4 stars and exceeded our expectations. It was in a perfect location where we can shop and eat during our free days.

Minh organized an excellent tour – just right for first-time visitors to Southern Vietnam. It will make you want to come back for more, but during the cooler part of the year!

Our guides Tom and Hung were excellent all-around! Our group was spoiled to the brim since both guides made sure the seniors in our family who can’t walk too far will be picked up by the bus at the nearest stop. Both guides had excellent communication skills and were very friendly like they were part of our family for such a long time. Our bus driver Jerry was also very helpful with out luggage.

The meals included in our package were also excellent. Great introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. Our guides made sure each meal can cater to our food sensitivities.

Final rating: 100 stars out of 10! End-to-end support was greatly appreciated. Everyone had a wonderful time, and no doubt that we will avail of Indochina Voyages’ tour services again for our next holiday.
