Huyen with Indochina Voyages worked with us to plan a customized Vietnam and Thailand trip for my extended family of 9. I was very worried about how I would accomplish this from halfway around the world. I was’t even sure which tour company I could trust from afar. Indochina Voyages was as advertised in all ways. Huyen was very patient and accommodating. We exchanged over a hundred emails. She answered my questions, made suggestions, and accomodated all of my many requests. She was always responsive whether to my emails or my call upon arriving in Hanoi. Despite numerous requests, no details were missed. I’m confident that this company can and will design whatever trip to Vietnam/SE Asia that you may desire. My important advice is to do your research, ask your questions, and request exactly what you want. If you do this, they will deliver it. I realize that every traveler has a different budget with different tastes. This company can’t read your mind but if you communicate exactly what your tastes are, they will deliver it. Huyen took a daunting task and made it pretty easy for me.
