Situated in the east of Ninh Binh Province, with the total area of approximately 2000 ha, Trang An Eco-tourist Site consists of 5 main areas. Located about 15km to the northwest of Ninh Binh City, Bai Dinh Pagoda is a beautiful one built since 2003 with the largest scale in Vietnam. Situated about 7 km to the south of Ninh Binh City, Tam Coc – Bich Dong is regarded as a Halong bay on land. It is one of the key tourist attractions of Vietnam with a large number of new lines connecting to the tourist sites; such as Bich Dong Pagoda – Tien Cave – Chua Cave – Ghe Cave – Thung Nang – Nham Hill eco-tourist area, Thach Bich – Thung Nang and Tam Coc – Thai Vi – Mua Cave. Cuc Phuong National Park is in Ninh Binh Province, a large natural museum with the total area of 25.000 ha. It is 45 km from Ninh Binh City to the northwest and about 120 km from Hanoi to the southwest. It is a wide variety of fauna and flora maintained in this park attracting any travelers loving the forest adventures. Coming here, you can see  the beautiful precious birds, the ancient plants, the thousand-year trees or the rare creatures.

Concurrently, you can also join adventurous journeys, climb the mountains and take part in a trekking tour in the forest. The dry season from December to April is the best time to visit this park. In other months, you will find it difficult to move in the forests; as the forests here are also humid and this is the developing season of insects.
